Dear Valued Customer,
We thank you for your continued trust and for choosing our liner services for the transportation of your cargo.
Please be advised that, due to severe terminal congestion, berthing restrictions and operational constraints at Jeddah beyond the Carrier’s control, M/V EUPHORIA has omitted her scheduled call at Jeddah.
The vessel will be diverted to Sokhna. All cargo originally intended for discharge at Jeddah will be connected via Sokhna.
Our teams are coordinating the necessary operational arrangements and will provide further updates through the usual customer service channels.
Customers are kindly requested to contact their local Customer Service representative for shipment-specific information.
For the latest schedule updates, please refer to the Caerus Shipping website.
All carriage, transshipment and delivery arrangements remain subject to the applicable bill of lading, tariff, service terms and nothing in this advisory shall be construed as a waiver of, or admission affecting, the Carrier’s rights, defences, exceptions and limitations thereunder, all of which are expressly reserved.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Yours sincerely,
CAERUS SHIPPING FZCO

Based on the circulars issued by the Sudanese Customs Authority and the Sea Ports Corporation regarding the implementation of the Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) system, we would like to inform you of the following:
It has become mandatory for all exporters and freight forwarders to obtain an ACD Certificate prior to shipment, effective 1 January 2026, for all types of cargo destined for Sudanese ports.
The ACD Certificate must be issued exclusively through the official electronic platform approved by the Sudanese government at the following link:
www.acdsudan.com
The ACD Certificate number must be obtained from the loading port, whether by the shipper, exporter, or freight forwarder.
It is also mandatory to clearly and explicitly mention the ACD Certificate Number on the Bill of Lading (B/L).
All related parties must fully comply with the new regulations and instructions concerning the Advance Cargo Declaration system.
We appreciate your cooperation and compliance.
